How much does a one-off website for a tradesman cost?
It is a fixed, one-off £500 payment. There is no monthly fee, no ongoing subscription, no contract and no minimum term. You pay once and we custom-build and hand over your tradesman website.
Do I own the website outright?
Yes. You buy the website outright — on completion you own 100% of the full source code, and your domain name is registered in your name. You are free to host it where you like or take it to any developer.
Is hosting included with the one-off £500 website?
No. We do not bundle monthly hosting on this option so that you have zero recurring fees to us. Because custom Astro websites are static, they can run on low-cost or free static hosts (such as Cloudflare Pages or Netlify), which you or your developer arrange. If you would rather we handle hosting, security and updates, our Pay Monthly website option does that.
Does the £500 website build include SEO?
It includes clean, fast code, mobile-first layout, and proper heading structure, which gives you a much stronger starting point than a Wix or Squarespace template. However, ongoing local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and location pages are not included. If you want basic SEO and 10 service-location pages, see Pay Monthly. How long does it take to build my tradesman website?

What if I want changes after the website is handed over?
The £500 fixed price covers the initial custom website build and handover. Because you own the code outright, you can make changes yourself, use any web developer, or come back to us for one-off updates whenever you need them.
Can I upgrade to Pay Monthly or Full SEO later?
Yes. Your tradesman website is built on the exact same custom Astro foundation as our other packages, so adding managed hosting, basic SEO or a full local SEO campaign later never requires a rebuild.
