Common Questions
What's the difference between the three options?
Website Build is £500 once: just the website, which you own, with no hosting or SEO. Pay Monthly is £150 setup plus £99 a month: the website with 10 service-location pages, basic SEO, and hosting and maintenance handled by us. The Full SEO Package is £500 for the first month (which covers the full website build), then £500 a month for full SEO: we keep building and adding service and location pages, and work on Google Business Profile, Local SEO and AI visibility.
What does basic SEO on Pay Monthly include?
Page titles and descriptions written around your trade and area, clear headings, the behind-the-scenes data Google uses to understand your business, a sitemap submitted to Google, a fast mobile-first build, and your 10 service-location pages. It does not include Google Business Profile management, citation building, new content each month or rank reporting. That is full SEO, in the Full SEO Package.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No, on either monthly option. Pay Monthly and the Full SEO Package have no contract and no minimum term. You cancel with 14 days' notice. Website Build is a one-off payment with nothing to cancel.
Can I start small and move up later?
Yes. All three are built on the same foundation, so moving from Website Build to Pay Monthly, or from Pay Monthly to the Full SEO Package, does not mean a rebuild.
Do I keep the website if I cancel?
Your domain name and Google Business Profile are registered in your name from day one, so they're always yours. With Website Build you own the code on completion. On Pay Monthly, the custom code stays with TradesRank while you're subscribed; ask about a buyout if you'd rather own it outright.
Is the logo and brand design really included?
On the Full SEO Package, yes. If you need a logo and business card design, that's included as part of the build.
Are there any other costs?
No hidden fees. The domain name (typically £10–15/year) is registered in your name and is your only direct external cost. Fast global hosting and SSL are included via Cloudflare Pages.
